I have my Motorcycle Insurance and Health Insurance with Oasis Insurance and I am getting an amazing price on both. When I bought my scooter I got quotes from around 10-15 insurance companies one of Oasis’ insurance companies quoted me at only $119 bucks for the entire year for liability AND $5000 medical payments coverage, and I have 2 speeding tickets on my record. In fact, the 3 best quotes I got for my scooter were with 3 different companies that Oasis Insurance carries.
I only pay $125 a month for my health insurance for a $1000 deductible, and that’s also much better than I have been able to find anywhere else. Oasis Insurance has 2 great health insurance companies, Humana and Healthnet, with very low individual and family plan rates.

So we have lots of new young drivers in arizona every year and if you are one of them this article is for you. If you are in your mid 30s and you are moving out of your mamas house and for some reason till now you decided to take up driving, this article is still for you.
Congratulations, now you have your own car, but what’s next? Should I put those new shiny wheels or get that new blasting car stereo that connects to your phone via bluetooth?,
Yea if you are smiling and thinking “I do need a new stereo” keep reading, because if you don’t get insurance first those new shiny wheels or that new stereo is going to the tow yard. Yes, if you drive in the state of Arizona without insurance and the police pulls you over, your car is going to the tow yard. Believe me, it doesn’t work to tell the officer you’re sorry or that you didn’t know. I’m not even going to mention the fees they are going stick you with and what you’ll need to pay to get it out. plus you’ll need to prove that you have liability insurance, you might be asking,” What is that,? Why does the state make such a big deal about it? How do I get that?”. Well to get it, you have to step in a Oasis Insurance office, There are 17 locations Including Tucson Arizona to get covered.
Here is a quick explanation of what liability insurance is or better yet what it is not:
It will not cover your own vehicle damage at all. It will not cover theft of your vehicle. It will not cover yours and your friends medical expenses in case you had an accident… so what is this liability insurance then?
In case you are driving and you have an at fault accident this liability insurance will pay the damage caused to the other poor driver when you were trying to show off with your friends. It will only pay the damage to the other driver’s car and the bodily injury caused to the other driver and their passengers. You have two parts in your liability insurance:
First Bodily Injury: The minimum limit in the state of Arizona is 15,000 per person and 30,000 per occurrence. This means if there were 4 people in that car you hit the insurance will only pay up to 30,000 for the medical. This amount will have to be divided between all the passengers with a max limit of 15,000 per one person. It will not pay all 30,000 on one passenger.
Second part is the Property Damage: 10,000 This part is easy, The max limit the insurance will pay fir all property damage is10,000.
And that is Liability insurance. It only pays the other driver, not yourself. I believe this will cause a serious decline in the number of insured’s in Arizona. My agency has 17 locations and we write over 2400 policies a month. A large percentage of our client’s come to Oasis because they were told they need an sr-22 or a non owner policy with an sr-22. By eliminating this requirement , the number of uninsured drivers will jump dramatically. The state of Arizona already has issues when it comes to no insurance violations. The Arizona Agents Alliance recently had a lobbyist assist them in trying to tighten up the holes in the no insurance laws but it apparently had no effect.
As of right now if a person gets a no insurance violation ticket they go to court and can show they just purchased insurance and have the fine dropped or lowered. They can even in many cases, “promise” to go buy insurance in the next 30 days and again the judge will dismiss or lower the fine. The law is written that on a second no insurance violation the fine is to be mandatory but the judge has no way of knowing it is their second or third violation.
These same violators continue to get no insurance tickets and the sr-22 was a great deterrent to stopping them. The state was notified much quicker and responded faster when they were notified that someone had their sr-22 canceled.
In my opinion Russell Pearce. who used to work for the Department of Motor Vehicles , is a major opponent of all things that the independent insurance agent believes in. He has worked tirelessly to root out all Hispanics in our community . He has worked to stop the Arizona Agents Alliance bill last year to help strengthen insurance regulations as well. If enforcement of the insurance laws was strengthened instead of relaxed the state would see a HUGE revenue increase from the fines. They would also see a huge increase in the number of insured motorists in Arizona.
Arizona is already facing huge budget deficits. This would actually lower state income with less insurance policies. It will also eventually cause an increase in uninsured motorists and then an increase in under and uninsured motorists insurance costs.

New laws in effect make it an obligation to carry insurance. The new Law Hb2224 carries heavy fee if caught without insurance. Fees for driving without insurance are from 500 to 1000. It also carries other penalties of suspension of driver license, registration and plates. To avoid these fees and suspension it is recommended to carry insurance.
Car insurance protects you from personal liability should you be in an accident. If you are in an accident and you are at fault you can be held personally responsible for the costs of medical bills if a person is injured It can mean selling your home, selling your valuables and using your savings in order to pay the costs. It can also mean years of future payments in the event you cannot pay them all at once, which most people cannot do.
There are different types that you can choose from, depending on what your needs are. There are liability car insurance policies that cover for accidental bodily injury as well as property damage to others. There are also policies that cover only damages caused by collisions with other vehicles or objects. There are also comprehensive car insurance policies that cover for loss or damage to the insured vehicle caused by circumstances other than car accidents. This may include car damage or loss due to fire, hail, vandalism, or theft.
The last reason for having car insurance A car insurance policy can greatly benefit a regular driver like you. It is never to early too get one for your car. You may never be able to handle the regret if you realize its need a little too late

Consider looking into saving on your renewal within one month’s time of renewing your car insurance policy.
